Product information
Ipamorelin is a growth-hormone secretagogue peptide. It works through ghrelin receptors, which are one of the body’s signals for growth-hormone release. That makes it different from CJC-1295 and Sermorelin, which work more like growth hormone-releasing hormone signals.
Ipamorelin vial. Available in 5mg and 10mg variants.
People look at Ipamorelin because growth-hormone pulses are connected with sleep quality, recovery, lean-mass and body-composition research, exercise adaptation, appetite signalling, and age-related changes in hormone output. It is often paired with CJC-1295 because the two compounds signal the same growth-hormone system through different routes.
Ipamorelin activates ghrelin receptors that can trigger growth-hormone release from the pituitary. In plain terms, it acts like a separate release signal from GHRH-style peptides such as CJC-1295 or Sermorelin.
Ipamorelin is often compared with CJC-1295, Sermorelin, and NuPulse. CJC-1295 and Sermorelin provide the GHRH-style signal, while Ipamorelin provides the ghrelin-receptor signal.
Growth-hormone secretagogues may be restricted or prohibited in sport and other regulated settings.
