Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Dispatch Days

Orders are dispatched on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

As a general guide:

  • Orders placed on Sunday will usually be dispatched on Monday
  • Orders placed on Monday morning will usually be dispatched on Monday
  • Orders placed on Tuesday will usually be dispatched on Wednesday
  • Orders placed on Thursday will usually be dispatched on Friday
  • Orders placed after our Friday dispatch will usually be dispatched the following Monday

Delivery Timeframes

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24, which typically delivers within 24–48 hours from dispatch.

Royal Mail deliveries usually take place Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and bank holidays. This means that orders dispatched on a Friday may often arrive on Saturday, depending on Royal Mail’s service in your area.

In most cases, orders arrive the next day after dispatch. However, delivery times may vary due to Royal Mail delays, weekends, bank holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Most UK orders are therefore received within approximately 1–2 days from dispatch, depending on when the order is placed.

UK Delivery Cost

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £99.

For orders under £99, the delivery cost will be shown at checkout.

Cold Chain Shipping

Pens and sprays are shipped using cold chain packaging with ice packs to help maintain product temperature during transit.

Please make sure someone is available to receive your order where possible, especially for cold chain items. Once delivered, products should be unpacked and stored as instructed on the product packaging.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery through Royal Mail.

Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly on our scheduled dispatch days, occasional delays may occur due to Royal Mail, bank holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
